We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or change these Terms and conditions at any time. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. We will notify you about the changes to the service without limiting the foregoing via SMS. By using this service you agree that you have read, understand and agree with these Terms and Conditions. To subscribe to this service you need to be 18 years or older or have the bill payers permission. Network fees may apply. Funsen is a subscription service that offers you access to unlimited content such as apps, games, pictures, wallpapers, music, videos, etc. Subscription costs 20,00 DZD per day. You can use this service 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week unless there is technically unavailability which depends on the Operator's network access. The service is available via WEB and WAP. WAP access may be subject to additional GPRS costs imposed by your Network Operator.
By subscribing to Funsen Service you agree that you accept these Terms and conditions and agreeing to share your mobile number with Nexus Enterprises Limited.
Services are non-transferable to other users or accounts and have no cash or monetary value. The service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those warranties which are imposed by and incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification under the laws applicable to this agreement. Neither nor its affiliates endorse or are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the Service.

Funsen reserves the right to amend any promotional subscription rates in its sole discretion.

Service must not be used to send spam or promote the sending of spam.
By using the Service, you release us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any liabilities regarding your participation in the Service. You hereby waive any claims against Nexus Enterprises LTD and it’s subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, representatives, and licensors arising out of your use of the service and the information available thereon. If there is a reason this service is not able to run due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, tampering or any other causes beyond the control The service providers which corrupt or affect the administration, fairness, security or proper conduct of This Service, reserve the right at its sole discretion, to block any individual who tampers with the entry process, he can terminate, modify or suspend the Service listed. Service providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
